-During the festival nearly 7 million liters of beer are being absorbed and being eaten are: 600 000 grilled chickens and the same quantity of sausages, 65 000 portions of pork briskets and about 84 bulls;

- While the festive occasion lasts there are 2,8 million kW of electricity, 200 000 cubic metres of gas and 80 000 cubic metres of water being used up. After two days of celebrations there are 500 and more tones of food waste and garbage being remained;

- For two weeks of celebrations the visitors use to take up more than 70 000 of “mass”, the one-liter beer mug, in remembrance of merry-making;

- By the time of Oktoberfest the special half-brown heavy ale, the Oktoberfest beer, is being brewed. The beer is being brewed in March, ferments during the summer and to beginning of the festival it acquires the best flavor.
